TRUDE’S GROCERY
When Alex Trude got in touch about his new deli idea I knew we would be a great fit. A pared back space to discover the freshest groceries alongside artisan food products and a central counter were all delivered.
Taking cues from the brand palette by Junction Studio, we introduced a simple concrete floor, treated the brickwork with a soft pink Bauwerk limewash paint to brighten and soften the space; used zellige tiles in Forest green for the back counter to provide texture and contrast. The coffee counter and display units were designed bespoke and are constructed from solid oak with a white oil finish creating the perfect backdrop to a coffee while you browse for fresh ingredients.
